These Terms govern your use of the Asset Coding platform for asset management, coding, tracking, and related services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

- "Platform" or "Asset Coding": the asset management software and related interfaces.
- "Service Provider": the entity operating Asset Coding.
- "User": any person or organization authorized to use the platform.
- "Business Data": asset records, documents, and operational data you enter.
2. Acceptance
By signing in or using Asset Coding, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Service Description
Asset Coding provides tools for asset registration, QR/barcode coding, depreciation, inventory audits, check-in/out, maintenance tracking, reporting, and user management. Features may vary by deployment and license.
- The platform does not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
- You are responsible for accuracy of asset data and compliance with applicable laws.
4. Account & Security
- Provide accurate registration and organization information.
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for lawful asset and operations management.
- Do not attempt to hack, copy, or resell the software without permission.
- Do not upload malicious code or content that harms the service or others.
6. Data & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your Business Data. Asset Coding retains rights in the software, design, and branding. We may host and process your data to provide the service, backups, and support.
7. Availability & Support
We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may occur with notice when possible. Support is available through published contact channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from use or inability to use the service, except where law requires otherwise.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the service and request data export according to your agreement with the Service Provider.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms with notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in the Kingdom unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
